I thought websites were expensive. How does Pandaje make it so affordable?
When we launched Pandaje, our goal was to provide world-class business websites at affordable prices. Building on 20 years of IT and Internet experience as well as the developments we’ve made in creating our platform and applications, we are able to offer a very quick turnaround time. Our websites are offered at a very low price to you because we have spread our investments over hundreds and thousands of website designs that we have created and currently host.

Why am I paying a monthly subscription fee?
When you buy a website from Pandaje, we provide your maintenance services. This means your business website will run on a rock-solid hosting platform that is continuously monitored—so your website will always be fast, reliable and secure.

Depending on the subscription plan selected, your monthly fee may also include some level of webmaster support.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We presently source the payment gateway from Authorize.net. If the product or services that you have purchased are meant for recurring billing and collections, our payment gateway will preserve your payment information. We use that payment mechanism to charge your account for the recurring payments when they become due.

Why do you need my personal information before I pay?
Our ordering procedure is one of several security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information entrusted to us by our clients. We will not proceed with order requests or changes to your account without proper identification.

How do I know that my information is secure?
Pandaje understands your need to protect yourself from identity theft. All our payment pages are secured using industry standard SSL certificates issued by leading companies in this field. We do not store your credit cards numbers. This information is maintained in the safety of our payment gateway provider, Authorize.net. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

What if there is a problem or error with my billing statement?
If you notice any problems or issues with your billing, please let us know within 30 days of it first appearing on your account statement. After 30 days, we may have difficulty resolving your payment dispute. Review our Payment Policy for more information.

Can I cancel my website subscription?
Yes. You can choose to cancel your website anytime. Before we can process a cancellation request, you must submit a completed Cancellation Form available through the Pandaje Portal. As soon as the cancellation process of the website is completed, your content will be removed from our servers at the data center.

Cancellation requests should be made 30 days before the next payment is due. Fees for all services rendered till the date of cancellation of a subscription will be due before effecting cancellation. If you have paid for your subscription in advance, we will adjust the fee owed and refund the balance to you within 30 days of cancellation.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. For Presentation Website customers, all setup and subscription fees will be refunded if project is cancelled before walkthrough. Customers who cancel projects after walkthrough but before the website goes live, will receive a 50% refund of setup fees and all subscription fees. After a website is live, setup fees are not refundable but we will pro-rate and refund pre-paid Presentation Website subscription fees. When cancellation occurs before the end of the pre-paid term, Pandaje rescinds any discount given before calculating a refund total.

For Do It Yourself customers, there are no refunds for pre-paid subscriptions. Payment for any custom website design or development features is non-refundable. Please be sure to read our Payment Policy and Customer Agreement for all details and charges involved.
